OTC Exhibits: Market The Right Way

The whole idea behind OTC exhibits is to show prospective clients what you have to offer. You have to be sure you are marketing the right way – and this means that you need an exhibit that highlights your brand effectively. When you know how trade shows work, you can be sure you are doing all you need to.

Many companies rely heavily on social media. While social media is a great place to market on a regular basis, you also need to be sure you are putting your products and/or services in front of potential clients. OTC exhibits can ensure you do this appropriately.

You can still use social media in preparation for the Offshore Technology Conference. For example, you can post on Facebook where you will be located. You can also tweet about some of the things that will be going on at the booth. This may include contests, giveaways, demonstrations and even samples.

Modular exhibits can be as extravagant or as simple as you want to make them. The important thing is that you focus on being able to be seen and remembered. There are going to be a lot of people in attendance. Some people are going to stop at your booth and others are going to keep walking. No matter what, people need to know about you and have a way of remembering you once they get back to their office.

You need to hand something out. It can be a brochure, a catalog, a notepad, a flashlight or anything else. When you are branding yourself appropriately, it will help people to recall you down the road – and this is how to secure new business. Whatever it is that you hand out, be sure it makes sense for what it is that your business provides.

When you look at the actual OTC exhibits, you want to be sure that your brand extends throughout. This includes banners with your company name and logo. You may also want customized panels to talk about what it is that you do. You may want one panel to go over features of your product and another to show photos of people using your products on an oil rig.

By working with a professional trade show display company, you can get some help with the designs. Even if you decide to rent a display instead of purchasing one, you can be sure you get a design that works for your company as well as for your budget.

There are plenty of options. You can even find one that pops up so you don’t have to worry about spending the days leading up to the conference setting up
