Excalibur Exhibits Helps Local Houston Company Build a Successful Exhibit Booth While Overcoming Challenges

st_arnolds_booth_marriage_1024x683Like every company in the service industry, we must manage expectations when it comes to budgets, desires and goals.  Actually, this part of the business can be extremely fun and rewarding. It’s where our creativity really shines. It also helps that we have a ton of experience to draw from.

Case in point… Take our dear friends and clients over at Houston’s own St. Arnold’s Brewery. They needed an exhibit booth for an upcoming show. Now, you may be thinking, “hey, how hard can it be to create a successful exhibit booth for a beer company? Just hand out samples!” Of course, that was our first idea too! But, since the show they were attending was the Great American Beer Festival, everyone knew that wasn’t going to be unique enough.

In fact, this was a very important show for St. Arnolds, but they faced two big challenges — a relatively tight budget and they only had a 10 x 10 space to work with.

The client had already done the research and knew weddings were big events for the beer industry. They’re also fun and memorable. All attributes we wanted to associate with our client and their products.  So a wedding theme it was.

With this fun and innovative theme in mind, the team at Excalibur Exhibits went to work joyfully creating a St. Arnolds wedding chapel exhibit booth, complete with “St Arnold” himself there to marry any attendees wishing to partake of all this fun. No one wanted it to be just any ole wedding chapel. No, no, no. We needed something that would appeal to our fun loving beer aficionados and get them into the spirit of St. Arnolds. So, it was decided that a gothic wedding chapel would be created. This fit nicely with St. Arnold’s brand and the space we had to work with.

The exhibit booth was open and inviting. The large gothic doorway at the front could easily be seen from any place in the exhibit hall. This gave the client maximum exposure and heavy foot traffic.

To keep their expenses low, we created a modular designed exhibit booth that could be packed into just three crates. This not only reduced shipping costs, it also made it easy for the St Arnold’s team to handle their own shipping, installation and dismantling.

With their gothic wedding theme in hand, the St. Arnold’s team did a great job of creating a lot of buzz prior to the event. When the Great American Beer festival opened their doors, guests headed straight for the St. Arnold exhibit booth. During the 3-day event, St. Arnold presided over nearly 100 wedding and vow renewals.

Now that’s something to raise your glass over!
